The Columbia Convalescent Center team provides skilled and intermediate care on a long-term, short-term, respite and hospice basis. Our skilled nursing personnel are available 24-hours a day to meet the medical, physical and emotional needs of each resident. We strive to provide dignity, comfort and individualized attention.
